Loyalty Points Usage Rules

With every order placed on our website, you receive loyalty points worth 3% of the total order value. These points can be used to get discounts on future purchases. The value of one point is 1 RON (lei), as follows:

1 point = 1 RON (lei)

Example:

  • For an order of 100 RON (lei) on the site, you receive 3 reward points, which equals 3 RON (lei).
  • For an order of 1000 RON (lei) on the site, you receive 30 points, which equals 30 RON (lei).

Details and usage rules:

  • Points are awarded only to customers who have an account on the site and place orders online through the web page from their customer account.
  • Points for an order will be credited to your account only when the order is completed and shipped via courier.
  • If you cancel an order in which you used loyalty points, they will be returned to your account.
  • If you cancel an order, the points you were supposed to receive for that order will be canceled.
  • If you return a product, the corresponding points will be canceled.
  • Points cannot be converted into cash. Points do not apply to orders placed and picked up directly from the store.
  • The accumulated points are offered as a gift and do not imply any contractual obligation.
  • After applying points, the minimum order value must still be maintained.

NOTE:

  • Products in the PROMOTIONS category do NOT qualify for loyalty points.
  • We reserve the right to modify the rules and the way loyalty points are awarded and used, without prior notice.
