General Terms and Conditions

The detailed terms and conditions below apply to all visitors and customers of the online store www.succulentgarden.ro, represented by SC GREEN LIFE PROJECTS SRL.

1. COPYRIGHT All content on www.succulentgarden.ro – images, texts, graphic elements, symbols, scripts, software, and any other data – is the property of SC GREEN LIFE PROJECTS SRL or its suppliers/partners and is protected by law.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY/PERSONAL DATA SC GREEN LIFE PROJECTS will maintain the confidentiality of all provided information. Any documents, images, plans, or any other information provided by the Buyer will remain the property of the Seller and can only be used for the purpose of selling the products and services offered by www.succulentgarden.ro. By subscribing to the Succulent Garden database, the Buyer/Client consents to receive notifications, newsletters, promotions, or other updates in electronic format.

3. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER TYPES OF CONTENT Users may post reviews, comments, or any other type of content, provided the content: – is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, violates privacy rights, or infringes intellectual property laws; – does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications, or incite hatred or intolerance based on ethnicity, religion, race, sexual orientation, collective messages, or other forms of "spam." Succulent Garden reserves the right to monitor, edit, and delete any user-generated content or activity on the site.

4. PAYMENT According to current legislation, the prices of the products and services offered by www.succulentgarden.ro include VAT. The price, along with the payment method and terms, will be displayed for each order. An invoice will be issued for any product or service offered, and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the necessary information for the invoice. Shipping fees are added to the displayed prices, varying by location. The final price will be displayed and confirmed by the buyer in the Checkout window.

The minimum order value on the www.succulentgarden.ro website is 70.00 lei (excluding shipping costs). For payment of the ordered products, you can choose from the following methods: cash on delivery, card payment, or bank transfer/payment order.

5. ORDERS AND DELIVERIES Succulent Garden delivers throughout the country and to all European Union countries via courier (Sameday/DPD in Romania and DPD in EU countries), or by personal vehicles (for certain orders). Orders placed will be processed within the hours displayed in the Contact section. In cases where the Buyer requests an urgent delivery date and/or time, the delivery price may increase. The Seller is obligated to provide appropriate packaging and ensure the transmission of the documents related to the products or services offered. Succulent Garden is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, inability to contact the Buyer, unfavorable weather conditions (red/orange alerts), or busy periods (March 1, March 8, Christmas, Easter, etc.). There may be situations where our company refuses an order without providing an explanation.

6. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS The products sold by www.succulentgarden.ro are mostly perishable (plants), so minor imperfections due to transportation may occur. This is normal and is not grounds for returns/refunds. We constantly make efforts to carefully package the products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged/broken or does not meet your expectations, it will be returned, and the customer may choose one of the following refunding options:

  1. Refund of the amount for the product(s) and shipping (if applicable) to a bank account provided by the customer.
  2. Replacement of the product with an identical or similar one (at the customer's discretion), with shipping costs covered by Succulent Garden.
  3. Issuance of loyalty points to the customer's account, representing the value of the affected products (e.g., a product worth 10 RON (lei) will grant 10 loyalty points, equivalent to a 10 RON (lei) discount at checkout). Points can be used at any time without expiration.
